Our home planet, Earth, lives inside of its home which is the solar system. Earth also has many brothers and sisters such as, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. However, these planets are not suitable for life like Earth. These planets are categorized into two groups total, inner planets and outer planets. The inner planets are the planets closest to the Sun (Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars), while the outer planets are the planets farthest from the Sun (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune).
